However, a soldering ribbon that is too soft will reduce the tensile strength and be easily broken. For the automatic welding process, the soldering ribbon can be slightly harder, which is conducive to the welding machine to straighten the soldering ribbon and press it for welding. A soldering ribbon that is too soft is easy to deform when used on the machine, thereby reducing product output.
