Three-layer white glue is widely used in Japan and South Korea. The core enterprises in Japan and South Korea rarely use single-layer white glue, and basically use three-layer white glue. Performance of each battery lug rubber<\/p>\n

The structure of DNP yellow glue is a middle functional layer UHR (non-woven fabric structure) and the two surface layers are modified PPa.<\/p>\n

The thickness of the UHR layer is 14 g\/m2\u224812 \u03bcm, and the thickness of the surface modified PPa is 44 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n

The melting point of UHR is 310~340\u2103, and the melting point of PPa is 147\u2103.<\/p>\n

Yellow rubber lugs are at risk of delamination. However, the packaging conditions of yellow rubber lugs are easier to adjust than those of white rubber. The former Japanese lug supplier also mentioned the disadvantages of yellow rubber in three aspects:<\/p>\n

(1) The sheet adhesive is made by hot pressing a layer of UHR in the middle and two layers of modified PP adhesive on the surface.<\/p>\n

(2) The middle layer is a non-woven fabric, and moisture will penetrate into the battery through the capillaries, causing the battery to bulge.<\/p>\n

(3) Non-woven fabrics are prone to delamination, and the hot pressing effect is poor. Battery cells are prone to leakage after long-term use or long-term storage.<\/p>\n

The thickness of the PEN layer is 12\u03bcm, and the thickness of the surface modified PPa is 44\u03bcm. The melting point of PEN is 265\u2103, and the melting point of PPa is 147\u2103. The functional layers of the PEN and PP layers are composited with different materials, which may cause delamination risks, so high-end customers generally do not use this glue.<\/p>\n

White glue: White glue is divided into single-layer white glue, three-layer white glue and five-layer white glue.<\/p>\n

A single layer of white glue is generally composed of a layer of modified PP, which is similar to the original inner layer of aluminum-plastic film. Its melting point is above 140\u00b0C, which is close to the melting point of CPP. The inner layer is aluminum-plastic film.<\/p>\n

The three-layer structure white glue is co-extruded by two layers of modified PP and an intermediate skeleton layer of PP on the surface. There is no risk of stratification.
