According to whether it contains fluorine, it can be divided into double-sided fluorine film backsheet, single-sided fluorine film backsheet and fluorine-free backsheet. Due to their respective weather resistance and other characteristics, they are suitable for different environments. Generally speaking, the weather resistance to the environment decreases successively, and the price decreases successively.<\/p>\n

Fluorine films are divided into T-type films and K-type films according to the fluorine materials used. T-type films are PVF films, and K-type films are PVDF films. For example, TPT-type backsheets are PVF films attached to both sides of PET base films. There are two production processes for photovoltaic backsheets: lamination and coating.<\/p>\n

-The raw materials of solar backsheets are mainly PET base film, fluorine materials and adhesives. PET base film mainly provides insulation and mechanical properties, but its weather resistance is relatively poor; fluorine materials are mainly PVF (polyvinylidene fluoride) and PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), which are divided into two forms: fluorine film and fluorine resin, providing insulation, weather resistance and barrier properties; adhesives are used to stick PET base film and fluorine film on the composite backsheet.<\/p>\n
