FotovoltaicaC\u00e9lulas solares<\/a>La funci\u00f3n de la pel\u00edcula, como su nombre indica, es que su funci\u00f3n principal es convertir la energ\u00eda en electricidad a trav\u00e9s del efecto fotovoltaico.<\/p>\n

Hay muchos tipos de materiales que pueden utilizarse en c\u00e9lulas solares y producir un efecto fotovoltaico, como: silicio monocristalino, silicio policristalino, silicio amorfo, arseniuro de galio, seleniuro de cobre e indio, etc.<\/p>\n

Aunque existen muchos tipos de materiales que pueden producir efecto fotovoltaico, sus principios de generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda son b\u00e1sicamente los mismos. Tomemos ahora los cristales como ejemplo para presentar el proceso de generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda fotovoltaica. El silicio cristalino de tipo P se puede dopar con f\u00f3sforo para obtener silicio de tipo N, formando una uni\u00f3n PN. Cuando la luz brilla sobre la superficie de una c\u00e9lula solar, algunos fotones son absorbidos por el material de silicio y la energ\u00eda de los fotones se transfiere a los \u00e1tomos de silicio, lo que hace que los electrones migren y se conviertan en electrones libres, que se re\u00fanen a ambos lados de la uni\u00f3n PN para formar una diferencia de potencial. Cuando el circuito est\u00e1 conectado al mundo exterior, bajo la acci\u00f3n del voltaje, la corriente fluye a trav\u00e9s del circuito externo, generando una determinada potencia de salida. La esencia de este proceso es el proceso de convertir la energ\u00eda de los fotones en energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.<\/p>\n
