Los terminales positivo y negativo de una bater\u00eda de litio general est\u00e1n conectados a las tapas de los electrodos negativo y positivo respectivamente a trav\u00e9s de pesta\u00f1as internas de n\u00edquel (cobre niquelado) o pesta\u00f1as de aluminio. Por supuesto, el dise\u00f1o de las pesta\u00f1as tiene una influencia importante en la capacidad de transporte de corriente. A continuaci\u00f3n se presenta la teor\u00eda del dise\u00f1o de pesta\u00f1as.<\/p>\n

(2) El valor de corriente segura de la pesta\u00f1a de cobre es de 5-8 A\/mm2, la conductividad el\u00e9ctrica del cobre es de 584000 S\/cm y el punto de fusi\u00f3n es de \u22481000 \u2103.<\/p>\n

(3) El valor de corriente segura de la pesta\u00f1a de aluminio es de 3-5 A\/mm2, la conductividad del n\u00edquel es de 369000 S\/cm y el punto de fusi\u00f3n es de \u2248660 \u2103.<\/p>\n

2. Dise\u00f1o te\u00f3rico de la influencia de la posici\u00f3n geom\u00e9trica de la pesta\u00f1a en la impedancia.<\/p>\n

Cuanto m\u00e1s lejos est\u00e9 el colector de corriente (l\u00e1mina) de la pesta\u00f1a, m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil ser\u00e1 la sobrecorriente;<\/p>\n

El valor actual promedio es la mitad del colector de corriente. En pocas palabras, la impedancia efectiva Reff es la mitad de la impedancia del colector de corriente Ro.<\/p>\n
